Frequently Asked Questions

Q: Why do I get a message saying that MacGourmet was “unable to install the eSellerate engine”?

A: An application in the past might have installed an older version of the eSellerate registration engine MacGourmet uses.

Try deleting the framework named EWSMac.framework in the Library > Frameworks folder in your home folder and running MacGourmet again. Doing this will usually resolve this problem.

If you don’t find this file in your user folder, check the Library > Frameworks folder on your Macintosh HD as well.
